I like to go to the gym in the evening after work aroun 5-6pm
I usually get up in the morning around (9-10pm) because I got to bed late around 1am.
So I usually have breakfast and then go to work just for few hours. I am back from work around 6pm and I want to go to the gym right after work.
My problem is at work I canīt eat, so before going to the gym I feel hungry.
So I was thinking, while I am driving back from work to the gym, should I have these Protein Bars? Or any other one? I heard also about carb bars?
After work I usually have light dinner or sometimes normal dinner after 1-2hours of gym.
So what do u suggest for eating before gym, so I can workout not feeling hungry and it works with my body to loose weight.

A meal replacement shake (MRP) would be good in this situation, you could pick some up at most health food stores, or you could also easily buy some off the internet.

Ideally, you should not eat before you do your cardio. If you eat right before you go, you will have high blood sugar which will be burned before your body even taps into fat for fuel. If you can eat something small and protein only (jerkey? egg?) just to keep from being hungry that would be okay, but if you can stand it, go on an empty stomach and then just eat immediately after you finish exercising.

Maybe half a bar (depending on how many calories are in it).

I assume you thought I said after exercise, I was reffering to before cardio.

The original poster does mostly cardio for fat-loss, glucose before would blunt fat loss during exercise, and would stop fat burning when taken afterwards. Keep in mind the keyword here is fat-loss, your advice would be a good idea if they were doing it primarily for fitness.

It works for both. The primary benefit from cardio is not the fat or the calories that are burnt during the exercise but the post exercise metabolism spike. Bracketing your workouts as I suggested does not prevent this from happening, but it does prevent muscle breakdown during cardio which is bad no matter what your goals are.
