I've seen people here say that they stopped drinking tap water and switched to filtered.
I drink only bottled water. Does that count as filtered or do I still need to filter that water? Can I use one of those Pur water filter pitchers?
Just wondering because I drink a lot of water and don't want to do damage unknowingly. Thanks.

Bottled water can be either Spring water or filtered water. I drink Spring water like Calistoga water. Bottled filtered water in my opinion isn't worth the money because it doesn't taste very good.

Just a suggestion, my dad has Mantle Cell Lymphoma and was treated in Houston Texas at the cancer institute, he had a new form of cheimo done and the doctors there suggested he drink only distilled water, its suppose to be the best water you can drink because its boiled and all the toxins are taken out..he is in remission and feeling very well, he has been in remission for over a year now and since has drank only the distilled water, it tastes really good and its the best water for you. I have since started drinking it and I can't tell a difference except its suppose to be the best and most healthy form of water you can buy! You should try it and see how you like it and it has health benefits also!
