Hi all. Recently one day last week i woke up in the middle of the night, wasn't complete awake and but i noticed i bent my elbow so that my right hand reaches my right shoulder( or near) and it has happen several nights. So by doing that kind of uncounsiously, now i feel like my elbow is strained and when i touch my face or something, it hurts.

Should i tie my elbow with a towel at night so that this doesn't happen. but then tying it may cause hyperextension. so any help?

thanks

Exercise... I say that because I was sleeping with both my elbow bent badly (like around my neck and the other around my back), I'd wake up with my elbows and arms really sore. I just joined a gym where I do swimming and also weights, and I no longer have that problem at ALL. I THINK this is what you are referring to???

I have something similar. But I don't know what it is from. It is my right elbow and it CONSTANTLY feels like I hit it on something(everyone knows how annoying that feels) especially when I pull or try to push something. It doesn't hurt right on the tip but down a bit it the back. It started last year and it comes and goes but a few weeks ago it started again and i couldn't buckle my seat belt, my arm just couldn't pull it. It really hurt to brush my hair too. It has still been sore since then but not nearly as bad except when I flex my arm muscles. What could it be? please anyone.
