Hi, for about 3-4 months now, I have been going to see my GP about chest pains to the left and tightening of the mid chest area.

ECG tests showed that nothing was wrong with my heart.....
Blood tests were taken and traces of Helicobacter Pylori were found. I had an eradication treatment, but it seems like the chest pains are still present.

Subsequently, I was given Omeprazole as my GP thought it could be Acid Reflux. Been on this for a zillion years, but to no avail.

Someone please tell me whats wrong with me. Here is a list of symptoms that I get.

Chest pains to the left, ocassionally to the right of chest.
Pain radiating to the back shoulder blade.
I can feel something in my lower chest move and I can also hear it (Please if that means anything to anyone let me know.).
More recently, a crushing pain as if somone has place one hand on my left chest and the other hand on my back and pressed them in together.
pain in my neck (left side) radiating to my jaw.
Pain down my left hand.
Pain in both Palms and ocassionally the sole of my left foot (dont know if this would be part of the same problem or not).
Spasms (twitches) which can happen anywhere on my body. Muscle spasms, that is.

Someone please let me know whats wrong with me.
