I am a 45 year old female. I've had two 'attacks' of chest pain that last anywhere from 10-15 minutes. Both attacks have been in the evening, about 2-3 hours after I've had dinner. It starts with sharp pains under my breasts and spreads thoughout my chest. If I move around or stand up I get some relief. I already eat a low fat diet because high cholesterol runs in my family so my meals are never high in fat. Since these attacks are short in duration I'm wondering if it's my gall bladdar. I have no concerns related to my heart so I've ruled that out. Anyone else experience chest pains with gall bladdar problems?

This sounds more like trapped gas and a hiatal hernia.

Gallbladder attack problems usually last longer and are not short duration.

And they don't get better by changing body position....

What are some of the symptoms of a hiatal hernia?

I forgot to add that when the pains go away I have an ache in the center of my back.
