I was wondering if there's something to hold off the hungerness in the afternoon? :)

Eating every 2 1/2 to 3 hours helps me. Also make sure you eat a nutritious breakfast. I eat oatmeal with a few strawberries or and egg white omelet. I also found that if I eat veggies instead of fruit for most of my snacks I dont get hungry or have sugar cravings. If you eat right you can eat alot. Hope this helps.

Fibrous foods like broccoli and cauliflower keep you satiated for longer too. So does drinking a lot of water.
