:confused: Hey everyone! I'm a 15 year old female, 5'6, 115-120 lbs... i want to lose a bit of fat and tone.. i already lift weights 3 times a week... ive been going to a fitness center and going on the treadmill for 25 minutes... if im looking to lose a bit of fat, what is my target heart rate?
