Sponsor Naxis 03-12-2006, 10:25 PM Pushups with legs on a chair will add much resistance, and pullups are great. If pullups are easy for you, put on a backpack full of books, bottles of water, or cans of food (anything heavy). Plyometrics will also be very helpful for upper body and legs.
MaxOT26 03-12-2006, 10:35 PM You can also do weighted dips with chairs and figure out away to do pullups.
Anglelock409 03-12-2006, 11:16 PM hey thx a lot....what r plyometrics by the way? and how do i do weighted dips with chairs?
Naxis 03-12-2006, 11:21 PM Do a search for 'plyometrics' for pictures and descriptions of some different exercises. Essentially it's using just your body weight and explosive movements to build muscle and strength.
MaxOT26 03-12-2006, 11:38 PM just make a triangle with the chairs reprenting the corners. Put a hand on the two chairs that are side be side and your legs on the single chair. Now just throw somthing heavy on across your lap
