Pushups with legs on a chair will add much resistance, and pullups are great. If pullups are easy for you, put on a backpack full of books, bottles of water, or cans of food (anything heavy). Plyometrics will also be very helpful for upper body and legs.

You can also do weighted dips with chairs and figure out away to do pullups.

Do a search for 'plyometrics' for pictures and descriptions of some different exercises. Essentially it's using just your body weight and explosive movements to build muscle and strength.

just make a triangle with the chairs reprenting the corners. Put a hand on the two chairs that are side be side and your legs on the single chair. Now just throw somthing heavy on across your lap
