I'm just curious, what others have found useful or discovered when trying to determine when you ovulate. Did you notice a significant difference in CM compared to when you weren't ovulating? I know you can BBT chart or try the OPK's, just haven't gotten to that stage yet.
However, I'm beginning to think I'm NOT ovulating. The last three months, it seems that I haven't noticed any CM change, and I've had no pre-menstrual symptoms during my AF, does this mean anything? I've had mid-cycle spotting, until my AF starts the last three cycles, my gyno just wants to put me on BC to regulate them or provera..

Unfortunately, you are going to have BBT chart to know if you are Oing. It's the only way, short of pregnancy, to confirm O. OPKs detect your LH surge, so that's a good step, but you can have the LH surge and still not O. In fact, your body can have ALL of the signs of O and still not do it. If you are checking your fertility signs you should be looking for EWCM, which will be slippery, stretchy, and clear; and a raised, soft, and open cervix. When this is present, BD.
