I'm 5'3'' and I'm 130 lbs. I am trying to get down to 120. My problem is the weekends. During the week I eat very healthy, no proble. But as soon as the weekend comes, I'm always out with my friends, going out to eat, going out for icecream, ect. I usually loose 2 lbs during the week and over the weekend I gain it back. It is just a cycle! How do you guys survive your weekend? I know that when you go out to eat, your saposed to eat half and take the other half home. But honestly....it sounds much easier then it is, and rarely I would do that. Or ordering a healthy option, rather then something that tastes better. Its hard! Any advice?

Yeah, just remember anything is life worth haveing doesn't come easy. It is not going to be easy. You have to remind yourself of your goals everyday, even on the weekends. It is ok to allow yourself a cheat day but don't go overboard and don't have two cheat days. If you really want to lose the weight then you will make the sacrafice.

I know what you mean and it's tough but you have to be strong. Allow yourself a cheat meal here and there but don't go overboard!

Thanks for the advice. I'll prob take it slow and just try and decline going out to eat for awhile. This weekends coming up so i'll see how I do!

Dont not go out...just pick healthier items on the menu....
