Okay i'm 18 years old (male) and my girlfriend has had constant vaginal bleeding for about a month and a half. We are sexually active almost everyday and she is on the pill. She says somedays and at some times it is less than others but it has'nt stopped yet. I keep telling her to call the doctor and she said she will but has'nt yet. It worries me because im not sure if she could be pregnant or having a miscarriage for that matter. I was just hoping for some answers as to why it wont stop. Thank you.

The constant vaginal bleeding isnt due to pregnancy or miscarriage if she is taking the pill. The pill affects a girl's cycle and can often cause bleeding at unexpected times. I have had so many friends who have bled for over a month solidly due to taking birth control. Especiallyl if she's had a break from it, or they've just started taking it and so on. If you're are concerned though, a visit to the doctor would be good, they can explain it properly and maybe do an exam to check everythings in working order :)
