Im 23, female, and Im naturally slim. Right now Ive been out of shape for awhile (haven't gone to the gym) due to personal events and Im starting to think that Im ready to start it up again. I usually put most of my time into cardio and do some light weight training all over.
So on that note-what should I do to make my butt just...cuter? And tighter? I dont want it to get larger and this giant rock of a muscle, and I dont want my thighs to get bigger either, as they are pretty small (they dont touch), but Ive noticed I have no real muscle tone right now in that area like I used to have, and want it back.
Also- my arms are naturally thin, but what can I do to make them look even thinner/more toned? I think my weight goes to my arms and my stomach area. When I lift small weights I just dont see much of a difference over time, but I dont want huge man-muscles if I were to lift more weight.
