Anyone noticed having a clear, thin, watery discharge? During perimenopause, or menopause?

I have had exactly the same thing. I tried to look it up online and from what I understood it said that the discharge was caused by an inflamation of the vaginal walls due to dryness.

Uh-oh.... when do you guys get it? For example, do you get it right after your period or before? I noticed I ovulate like 2 - 3 days right after my period.

I just got off the longest, heaviest period ever. (5 weeks, flooding at times, huge clots) then...a day of spotting, and for the past 3-4 days....I have a clear, thin/watery discharge (nothing heavy, just a small amount)
It's not the same type you get when ovulating (white/clear, thicker) this is exactly like water. No odor, nothing.
I looked it up on the net...couldnt find much. They just mention it when speaking about post-menopausal womens symptoms, and I also noticed it on a site about cancer of the fallopian tubes. I'm 39, so I think I am going into peri-menopause.

Yes I get a thin watery some times thick clear discharge. Sometime when I am really stressed, sometimes after a bm. I asked the gyno about it and she said it was possibly because I was on hrt and I don't have the vaginal dryness that comes with peri and menopause. One of my coworkers also has it.
