I'm in my second semester of my freshman year, and from the beginning of December 'till now, I have gone from 125 lbs. to 140 lbs. I would really appreciate tips on food, as well as workout advice. I want my body back!

Well, cutting down on alcohol intake will help a lot!
General tips are just to eat smaller meals and more regularly, thus avoiding getting really hungry and stuffing yourself - this is when the body builds fat if you eat too much for it to deal with. Eating in smaller doses is better, and you feel less hungry. Eat plenty of fruit and drink lots of water.
Exercise, just try and do 30 mins of cardio workout each day - like running, cycling, rowing etc. It doesn't take much to start burning calories, as long as whatever routine you decide is something you can stick with. Don't aim too high and end up giving up.

Stay active and eat healthily. Walk/bike more to class instead of driving if you can. I've also found that people who drink too much alcohol gain weight easily - there's a lot of mindless calories in those things.
