Every once in a while I start tingling in my arms and legs and my tongue has a tingling affect. It's been doing it the last 2 days. It doesn't happen all the time, it just like tingles for a second and stops, then in a couple of minutes, does it again. I'm already taking an antidepressant because my doctor says I have empty nest syndrome because my son has 2 more years of high school, then he'll be going to college and he's my life (even though I'm married). He just doesn't seem to need me anymore. I just had blood work done and everything's normal. Has anyone else had a tingling affect like this and if so did you do anything that helped?
