It's that time again. This is month #5 for me. This month we decided to chart, use Preseed, I have also been drinking green tea and grapefruit juice, and have been doing OPKS. I got another line that was darker then yesterday, but it is still a - OPK. I should get a + one with in the next couple days. DH has named this "Operation December Baby" lol. We will see if it works :) I am being caustiously optomistic about this month.

Well, here we are again! I also got a darker line then the day before, but still no +OPK. I test in 2 hrs. Lots of EWCM today. so we'll see what today brings! : )
I'm just using OPKs and checking CM and keeping all fingers and toes crossed this month.
This is month #3 and it feels like the first month since my M/C that my body accually feels back to normal. So, I hope that's a good sign. I'm just petrified to have another M/C, but that's a-whole-nother set of worries!
i'm BDing tonight anyway, even if I don't get a +!

i got my surge a few days ago and the opk is still faint so i am bd still :D

layla - Wow you do have a long wait. That must be a drag. :( Atleast you have people to wait with. :-)
JellyB - Try not to worry about having another miscarriage, alot of people get one and never have a problem with it. I have hear about people taking baby asprin after O to help prevent Miscarriages. You should ask your Dr about it.

I have heard that they help you produce CM. I like both and was already drinking the Tea and drink Grapefruit juice on occasion. It also has alot of Vitamin C in it. I thought it would hurt to give it a try. I go to another board where some of the ladies there swear by it.

I'm so confused by these stupid new brand OPKs!!! I think it's positive. I'm not sure though. If you look at it, your first impression is it's equal color. But when I stare and stare at it, (like us obsessed testers do, right ladies?) It looks slightly lighter.
When I went to the website, were I got them, it says a positive is "Nearly equal or darker" And yesterday was nothing but the control line.
I think I should just take it as a positive and BD the next few nights, but test again tomorrow.
What do you think?

I am cd 11 today and I got a high reading on my monitor and ewcm too.
Last month we bd from cd 8 for every other day until past O. That was the 1 day inbetween plan. I think we started too early. When we got to the big day there was a lack of swimmers.
Here is our plan for this month, cd 13, 16, 19, 22 , so thats gives 2 days inbetween for more swimmers to be ready.
I am basing this plan on the first time we got pg.We only bd twice the whole month with 3 days in between. Loads of swimmers both times.
There is a 3 day inbetween plan , but lets hope we don't need to use it!!

Welcome Jackie! You can tag along. I think I may have O'ed on Wednesday, just waiting for that third day of elevated temps. My CM doestn't add up, but everthing else does.
JellyB - If it says nearly as dark or darker, then it is +. Mine are the same way. You can do a search for pee sticks and find galleries, so you can compare your lines. That has helped me out alot!

I am doing alright. For the life of me I can't figure out when I Oed. Trying not too look too much for signs, it gets me all anxcious. I think I Oed on 3/15. I had a really bad pain in my right overy that lasted for a few minutes and then was gone. I also had a + OPK that day. Here are my temps if you want to try to figure it out.

I might tag along here with you, ladies. I am very new to this whole thing and the ob gyn told us last month that when we start trying not to worry about measuring temp. She said that I could buy the stuff for determining the O days, but I haven't even done that yet... I think this month we'll just try every other day (CD 12 today)... and some days maybe every day, like day 16 and 17... I have a long cycle, so the gyn said that my O might not happen till day 16 or so...
Anyway, if it doesn't happen this month, then I'll get the Ovulation predictor kit in April. But for now I can gain more wisdom in the matter from you, ladies:-)

Question - I was on CD 12 yesterday and had light spotting. On CD 11 we BD'ed and will do so again today.
What would light spotting be an indicator of? Could it somehow mean an upcoming O?

If it's brown, it's old blood. So it could be left over from your AF. I've heard of women getting the same thing around O time.
I had that for 2 cycles after my miscarriage.
My Dr. always says if it's not fresh (pink or red) then it's nothing to really worry about, just keep an eye on.

Well, we BDed Friday and Saturday (CD 15 and 16), but were busy and too tired to BD last night. According to ***************.com my ovulation day should be today. I am afraid that since we missed yesterday, we might not be successful this month... We might try again today, if we're not too tired again :rolleyes: In any case, we agreed that we don't mind practicing some more and then starting to try again in April :D
