HI,
I am 100 lbs. over weight. I have this itchy skin rash in the groin area..crease of the leg joining in trunk of body, and under my fat roll under my belly. I know this is due to my obesity cause I never had problems when thinner. What are some of your experiences with this and what can I do to help get rid of this?
Thanks for your replies in advance.

It could be a fungal infection, like a yeast infection or something like that. You could try an antifungal cream from the drug store (generally found near the foot care products, creams with active ingredients ending in -azole). It could just be moisture irritation, which would require some sort of powder, like baby powder or talc powder or something. If those don't work, I'm sure a general doctor would be able to diagnose it.

It's fungal, try to find clotrimazole cream...use it til cured.
For daily use there's a talcum like product called Caldescene (zinc undeclyinate) that can be easily used after every DAILY shower. It will keep the rash from reurring.
