i am very fustrated....i have tried everything in the last 2 months...i have tried healthy eating, and only eating 1200 cals a day, and i have tried soup and salad diet and i have tried the cereal diet. I have lost 23 pounds but i still have 15 to go....i know weight doesn't fall off overnight...but im fed up with it. and i excerise 7 times a week, mostly carido and some ab work (b/c alot of my weight is in love handles)
I have now only 6 weeks to lose 15 pounds...and im very upset about it....i need to get there....can someone PLEASE suggest ANY ways that may help me?
I would greatly appricate it!

In Short...NO!

Its impossible to help you because you are already doing amazing!

23lbs in 2 months is incredible! you cant ask for anything better then that. Just keep up the great work!

U sound as if you are doing great - to loose that amount of weight in 2 months is amazing! Think u can't do any more than u are doing. Diet and exercise - that's the key....and you're doing that

23 pounds in 2 months?! WOW!!! How can anyone be frustrated with that kind of progress. I wouldn't change a thing if I were you. What you're doing right now is clearly getting you results. So why change it? Keep in mind that most people lose weight at the rate of 1-2 pounds per week, if they do it the healthy way. Your body can metabolize fat only so fast. You need to set realistic goals. In 6 weeks, you can lose 6-12 pounds. 15 pounds is probably aiming too high. By the way, don't bother doing ab work to get rid of your love handles. There's no such thing as spot reduction. The best way to get rid of love handles is to eat right and exercise. Add some weight training to your routine.

Thank you very much for your support...I guess you all know how fustrating it is to be constantly dieting and excerising...I think i was having a bad day, and i was just sick of eating healthy and excerising, and still feeling FAT...i know it is great to lose that much, but i think my problem was that i was greedy...lol. Im just finding this last 15 lbs hard to shake off...but ill keep up what i am doing, and i guess it will drop off soon!!haha

I want to thank you for getting me back on track today, as i just did a 2 hour carido and weights workout, now i feel much better!

I hope you have a good day, and remember "its never too late to start your day!"
