Can anyone explain to me the basis of this diet and how it works. I have heard alot of people on it in the past. I am curious as to how regimented it is and how easy it is to follow??
THANKS!

Body for life is more than just a diet plan. The work out regimen is a high intensity workout for upper and lower body muscles. You also alternate one day of lifting then a day of cardio.

The eating plan stresses portion control and multiple meals a day. Some of the meals they say to have a protein shake or something like that. They also stress a good balance of food. Make sure you eat complex carbs when you eat carbs and make sure you have a good balance of protein and carbs and limiting the fat as much as you can by only eating good fats.

This saturday I will finish my 11th week and I've had great success using the body for life weight lifting regiment. I lift weights and do cardio everyday minus sunday. You don't have to do that. Eating wise I don't follow the eating plan they have with protein shakes and supplements like that. I just don't see why I should pay out the money. I get my protein from tuna and other foods that contain protein. I have a well balance diet and it has given me great success. I also take a vitamin supplement just so I get all the vitamins I need.
