um first i want to say i'm really scared but i keep hearing the words in the back of my head be encouraged so here's my story i've always had irregular period since i've .when i first had intercourse the following period i had a big clot i thought i lost a baby but the doctor told me it wasn't plus i flush it down the toilet so 1 year or so later i had intercourse again this time a had a partner so its was regular my period was every month in between i had spotting so to make this story short last year my period has been really wierd it will come for about 2-3 month at a time then stop for about a week or so then start spottin then her comes the period again for another 2-3 months first i thought i was stress but i've been on the internet searching for answers and doctors and can't find any i got to the doctor on this friday i really scared of what the outcome maybe any one have any ideas what might be wrong with me please help i'm stressed out all the time over this :angel:

I hope this helps somewhat... my best friend had irregular periods like you mention above. She finally went to the gyno to figure out what was wrong. The gyno put her on birth control and her periods are now regular. The doctor basically told her you are one of those girls that just has irregular periods and there really isn't anything she can do. Suicide is not the answer. I hate getting my period so my method is to continuousily take my pill and only get my period four times a year. My doctor told me that this is completely safe. You just need to go the doctor and talk it over. Many women have problems with their period.
