:yawn: God what a night,Alot of you will probably know how it feels but can anyone give me some ideas how to deal with this.
I started yesterday with kidney pain,I only have one kidney due to disease in the other and having to be removed,Anyway that went on all day but when i went to bed the pain seemed to be in the top of my back no mater what way i lay down couldn't get comfortable so couldn't sleep it was a bit better if i sat up but i was so tired i couldn't stay sat up all night, Well evenytualy i did fall asleep tossing and turning all night pain in my legs and aches all over,I got up at 5am this morning and once up feel a little better.What does anyone do when feeling this way.Please help i hope i don't get another night like this as if i don't get my sleep then all the other symptoms take over.(sorry about spellings memory going so is grammer)
