Oh, you are pushing it, tigergolf! There really isn't one. But we all need an indulgence now and then, so just think of it that way. Personally, I think frozen yogurt is better than ice cream (calories are about the same, so not in that way, but I just think it is better).

Well I know there isn't any totally 100% healthy choices at Ben and Jerry's, but I was asking what are some good tips in picking out something to get there that IS the most healthy. In terms of portion size, toppings, flavor? I'm definitely going to get frozen yogurt, but I don't know which kind/size to get.

Thanks for the sarcastic response, can anyone really help me out?

Sorbet! It's virtually fat-free and has no cholesterol and then you get an ice cream-y experience that's a lot lower in calories. :)

Those are the nutritional stats for the three brands of sorbet at Ben and Jerry's. The only thing that concerns me is the amount of sugar and carbs in them. What do you guys think? I'm thinking of having the Strawberry Kiwi Swirl Sorbet.
