hello!
so, I've always had a weak stomach and since I turned 14 I started to have stomach pain now and then (not very frequent) but then I went vegan and it seemed to help. I'm 17 now (vegan for 2 years and a half) and my stomach just went crazy. If I eat, even a small amount, it hurts making me want to throw up but if I don't eat it roars and ends up hurting too (a different pain - hollow). I don't know what to do anymore. I rarely eat candy, never eat fried stuff or junk food. it's a pretty healthy, vegan diet really. and I haven't had alcohol in a month. what can I eat without upsetting my stomach? this is so frustrating, I love to eat and used to eat a lot, now I can only eat a little before feeling nauseous.
thanks everyone!
