ugh,

2-3 weeks ago my glasses were hurting my ears a little bit and so I tried to bend them myself. Well,i made them worse. I went to the vision center about 5 times the next day trying to get them fixed. So i ended up ordering new glasses. Last 2 weeks was so bad off and on. With my ears being sore and my head being annoyed and stuff. So now I have the new ones on and my ears still feel sore and weird. I dont know if its from my TMJ and allergies also or what. WISH I KNEW. I CANT HANDLE THIS. having my ears feel like crap and hurt and not know if its my TMJ or my glasses. what the..grr im freaking out. im scared to try to get my new glasses adjusted because i dont wanna make them worse like last time. I just put the new ones on how they came, and she didnt adjust them. i cant get contacts because I have very bad circles around my eyes. Even with my glasses on people say it looks like someone punched me. Is there ANYTHING i can get for my circles? I tried cream of the internet and it doesnt work.. :(

Typically dark circles are a sign of dehydration. But there could be other causes. Have you asked a doctor?

I have super-sensitive ears and migraines and have worn glasses most of my life.
To adjust the ear pieces yourself: Get a cup of hot water, too hot to leave your finger in it for more than a second or 2.
Hold one of the ear pieces in it for at least 10 seconds.
Put the glasses on and quickly pinch the spot where they're getting you as you pull them off.
GENTLY bend them the tiniest bit, however it seems will releave the pressure at that point.
Repeat until they're "perfect."
The first time may take quite a while, and if you don't have a measure of OCD (stick-to-itiveness), you might give up before getting it right.
Perhaps you will want to go back to an optician to have them adjusted.
If you try doing it yourself enough times (gently and carefully), eventually you'll get the hang of it so you won't have to feel helpless in the future when your glasses are hurting your ears.
Oh.
And it may be too late for this last bit of advice, since you've just bought new glasses.
But I too had really strong lenses, the weight of which can be a bummer on ears.
The solution is to get the most expensive high-index (thin, lightweight) lenses, non-slip nose pieces, and spring hinges.

You have my deepest empathy. Meaning: been there too.
If you wore the glasses with an uncomfortable adjustment for very long, it could take a day without them for your ears to feel better.
I hope you don't mean that you want to die Literally. :(
Before I had treatment for my depression, sometimes my physical and other problems would make me feel like that. It used to help if I thought of the people in Third World countries without any health care; it allowed me to put things into perspective.

ugh,

Well I have had the new glasses since wednesday afternoon. makes me so depressed. i have so many health probs on top of it. every night now I get these crawling feelings right beneath my neck on the top my back. They are like really annoying. They arent really like tingling. theres more force to them. they kinda hurt. its hard to explain. but its every night after work. i do have neck pain and shoulder pain and back pain daily. as well as in my head and jaw and ears.

GAHHH

woke up this morning and my ears were hurting and sore. even without the glasses on. it hurt everytime I would turn and lean my head on my pillow on either side. i do have tmj and daily allergies but it was never like this before. im seeing my family doc next week about anxiety so I might have him look at my ears. i have been doing this thing with my ears lately. chiropractor i used to go to would always like stretch my ears to where there was this crackling and scratchy noise in my ears. so i have been doing that in last week. they were sore before that though.
