Will I lose fat on my stomach by just doing crunches or will i just gain muscle under the fat?

Im pretty sure you will just put muscle under the fat...but I may be wrong, with a combination of diet and cardio and your crunchs and other abdominal excercises you can replace that fat with muscle...If i am wrong feel free to correct me though.

Build muscle. There is no way to control where fat will come off from.

Wouldn't it be great if we could spot reduce? It's true-- the only thing we can do is watch our calories, and combine cardio WITH strength and resistence training. These efforts will help reduce you overall.
