View Full Version : Wipe too much?

I have had a problem all my life (18 years) with wiping too much after a bowel movement. Regarless of the size or consistency of the bowel movement, I often wipe in excess of 10 times. Sometimes I have clean bowel movements and 1 or 2 wipes is plenty (however does not occur too often). Often several hours after these wiping episodes, I will still feel as if I need to wipe more (sometimes I do and sometimes I do not). I try to eat a well balanced diet, but this is one of those problems I've had all my life. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do? Thanks,

THis is not normal.
To have normal BMs you need to intake 25 to 35 grams of fiber daily and it needs tobe a combination of both soluble and insoluble fiber.

Insoluble fiber moves what you eat through your intestines and soluble fiber bulks up your stool.

All meat, seafood and all dairy products contains NO fiber.
