Today I ate a croissant, a huge plate of french fries, a huge plate of cheese, a ham sandwich, a huge chicken sandwich, another plate of french fries, coffee, and several coca-colas.
Moreso, my attitudes toward food worry me more than the actual amount of consumption. I am very secretive about food - I hate eating in front of others, I go to buy food always to go and eat alone in my room and if my roommate comes in I feel very embarassed. I think about food all the time, planning my next meal etc. I am very ashamed of this problem, I have gained 20 pounds in a couple months, I want to gain control before it goes too far and I get more overweight (I'm not "technically" overweight though I suppose) but I am ADDICTED to eating like this. What should I do?
