Wanting to get pregnant within the year but on meds....I have a psychologist and psychiatrist---just want suggestions...on lithium, zoloft and klonopin

Sponsor katay 03-22-2006, 05:07 AM Hi, From what my Psych Doc told me about 6 years ago, and curently researching on Web MD, You should plan pregnancy, while on drugs for Bipolar. You and your Doctor should taper you off those meds, and Haldol, and in some cases(as neccesary) Prozac are reccomended as safe during pregnancy for bipolar women.
