HI all,
I am 19 years old and weight 215lbs at 6'0". I have been working on loosing weight (i was about 255 last year at this time) for about 6 months while retaining as much muscle as I can and am very interested in a good diet that can be combined with about 4 cardio sessions a week and 4 lifting sessions a week to accomplish my goals.
My body is endomorph, and my body fat percentage is roughly (according to one of those scales with the body resisitance based on weight, age, and height) is about 16%.
Currently I am eating:
Breakfast: 1/2 Muscle Milk Protein Shake (only one scoop instead of the 2)
Snack (10:30ish): Nutrigrain Bar
Lunch: Sandwich with some sort of meat, and mustard (no cheese) and an apple
Snack (3:00ish): Banana
Dinner: Meat, veggies and some form of a carb like potatos or something
I currently do my cardio at about 7:00 pm right before dinner, which is where my time warrents it.
Any recomindations would be much appriciated..
