I am looking for the best recommendations for small, reusable (maybe the kind you microwave) heating pads that I can use to help with my jaw pain...I've searched the internet but thought folks here might have ideas.
Also, any other creative or interesting tidbits on relieving pain are appreciated. I see a cranio-facial specialist and thankfully my insurance covered day and night appliances which have helped but not solved the issues.
A co-worker suggested something about biting down on a cork--has anyone else done this?
I'm going to check with my periodontist at my next visit b/c the pain got somewhat worse after a surgery on my right side which I had done in June 2005.
