hey all,
well i'm 5"11, 180lbs..basically i'm on a navy ship right now on deployment, and have the next 4 months to get into excellent shape..i'm back on my normal exersize routine, but what i wanna know is whats the best way to lose my belly fat?? i know cardio and stuff is good, but how should i change it up? basically, how many times a week, what sort of exersizes?? i'm not fat by any means, but i am trying to get a nice abdominen (im not saying a six pack here, jus a nice somewhat flat stomach).. im weight lifting about 4 times a week and running/biking basically 6 days , can anyone give me any pointers to drop weight fast ? i got 4 months of free time basically

well, first off i would say lift 6 days a week and run 7, simply because taking a day off of running can make a big difference. also, there is no way to get fat off your stomach, it will come off how its predisposed to come off, so your gonna probably have to lose most of your fat first. Situps, russian twists, and other ab exercises will increase ab muscle, which will give better looking abs, but do not get rid of fat. if your looking for an intense weight program, i can give you a link to a great one that im currently on that will make a big strong guy in a short amount of time if you stick with it.
