View Full Version : Blinking to restore focus

I find that as I get older, I have a harder time maintaining my focus. As a test, I try to focus on something for a while, but it will start to go blurry after 3-4 seconds (and I feel my eye getting tired), then I'll have to blink to restore focus.

Sometimes in the morning when I wake up and my eyes are still tired, I put on my glasses, but it will take several minutes for one or the other eye to focus (on far or close objects, doesn't matter).

I am very near sighted and wear glasses and I also have migraines and sit in front of a computer for mayber 6-8 hours per day. For the past month, my eyes have also been getting watery (especially in the morning at work).

I was wondering if my migraines were causing some of this or the computer work. I'll be getting a full checkup soon, but was a bit worried so thought I'd ask.
