I have what is called a level 2 cyctocle and it is causing me bladder problems. Has any one had success with self help programs such as Kegels etc. I would appreciate any help. Thanks

If you do not get any answers to your question on this part of the board you may want to post your question on the urology section. Perhaps there will be people there who have had experience with this problem also. :)
