My husband has had terrible burping along with pain on his right side under the heart. He thought it was a broken rib but it wasn't. He's also has been passing gas. His stool sample was okay. They did an ultrasound of his stomach today. Any ideas?

Could be gallbladder...I had awful gas with mine and didn't connect the two until the rib pain and the ultrasound showed stones.
