hi there!

ive been losing weight steadily for a while then all of a sudden it came back on, i was not sticking to the diet and i gained a stone back so fast it scared me to death!! i started eating low fat again and exercising but over the last month its not helped at all.

i spoke to my doctor this week and hes prescribed me Xenical, being from the UK i guess im lucky in that a months supply has cost me the equivalent of $10. (god love the NHS)

im going to start the pills on monday and i was hoping to hear from others and their success stories? i have about 28 pounds to lose, maybe a little more.

im currently a UK size 16 and i am hoping to be about a 12 when im done.

im 21 years old, 22 next month.

unfortunately i have a desk job, so in order to supplement this i walk about 3 miles 5 times a week and also do a one hour session of tae kwon do 2 times a week.

any tips or stories would be great!

Paula

Biggest tip....Dont eat too much fat! other wise you will feel the xenical working! and itisnt very pleasant.

Just remember Xenical is not a wonder drug...Over a long perion of time it will help you lose a few lbs. 90% of your weight loss will come from your diet and exercise.

I used a bit...but not when I was actually losing weight..the Time I tried it I couldnt stick to a healthy eating plan. It probably stopped me from gaining to much though! :)

A the same time though you have to make sure you eat enough fat to make it worth while!

If I remember correctly it blocks about 1/3 of the fat you consume...so if your eating 300 cal a day in fat then its saving you about 100 calories.....not gonna make the weight fall off...but it sure will help, For the price you are paying it is well worth it.....for me it was too expensive to keep up with.
