Anyone know of a surgar-free cereal?
I been eatting ''Total'' whole grain...and Kelloggs Special K
but I was wondering if they make a dry cereal like that without the sugar?
sugar is usally the first or second listed on the labels.

well, thanks you guys,
but all the cereal you mention has sugar in them...just like the ''Total'' whole grain and the ''special k''....they all have sugar added some how when they process it.

Dont worry bout Sugar...doesnt matter that much if it is there from the start as the carbs just get turned to sugar anyways.

But a Great cereal I have found is FLAX PLUS. It tastes good, is high fiber and has omega -3's

Atkins puts out a cereal that you can buy at most grocery stores called "Morning Start". The blueberry one has only 1 gram of sugar per serving and only 4 carbs... and tastes pretty good as well. I usually mix it in with bran flakes or puffed oats.

A cupful of Cheerios is only 2 grams of sugar...and they are very tasty.
