Has anybody tried the South Beach Diet? If so did you get good results? Would you recomend it? I am trying to decide whether to go with the South Beach Diet or Weight Watchers. I am just anxious to loose wight for spring break in a Month.

Fad Diets!....stick away from them. I would probably say go with weight watchers as it will teach a way of eating that will be easier to maintain after the weight has come off.

South beach will restrict you form eating many foods that you would probably not want to go without and would be much more difficult to maintain after the loss.

I've tried South Beach and had great results. It is much better than Atkins because it reintroduces more carbs back into the plan after the induction phase. It really is a plan you can live with long term. Weight Watchers is a better overall long term plan but you won't lose weight as quickly.
