Hoping you all can given me some advice. I am 30 years old, about 85 lbs overweight, and I have GERD. This past week I went out and had pizza with my kids, about 2 hours after we ate I got this strange pain in my chest. It was right in the center of my chest and the pain felt like it went straight through to my back. It hurt for hours, about a total of 6 hours. It wasn't unbearable, but it hurt, on a scale of 1-10 it was about a 6 or 7. Then it eventually let up and went away, the next day same thing happened again. I got the pain again last night when we had pizza again. I don't know what in the world it is???? The Dr suspected I had gallstones back in Dec, I had an ultrasound and it came back normal. Could this be gallstones or a gallbladder attack? Can gallstones form that fast? I mean just 3 months ago I was told I had none, I didn't know if they could form in 3 months? Any ideas about what this could be? I would appreciate any info and feedback. I am at a loss and thought about going into the ER but I don't want to go in there for something minor. Please help!

Thanks for reading this long post.

A few more things, I don't mean to be gross or share too much info but I wanted to add these things...I have been very gassy lately and when I use the bathroom, it is like a light tan/brown color. And my bowels are loose. Okay enough of this yucky stuff.

On these boards --- nothing is yucky.

Your symtomes sound like a hiatal hernia that trapped gas is irritating. That area could be in spasms or cramping.

Gas X may help with the gas but with spasms/ cramping a homeopathic remedy --- Magnesia Phos will relax the muscles in about 30 minutes!!
