it's not "bad" per se, as in it won't be all that harmful to your body, you're still protected, and you don't have to go to your doctor to do it like you would with some other pills, i.e. tri-cyclen lo. but speaking from experience, don't expect it to be consequence-free. i experienced mild to heavy spotting about halfway through the second pack. annoying to deal with but if you're willing to risk it, that's about the only side effect i experienced. also bear in mind that you shouldn't play around with doing this if you haven't been on the pill for very long and your body isn't adjusted yet. good luck. :)
