A great article in todays ''Parade magazine'' in the sunday paper about the 60 to 80 age group how they are thriving and coping for the vast majority of them.. Very inspiring....They were selecting different terms for that age group and i liked the term ''Regeneration'' generation for them. Wondering who else read this article today...At 42 i don't fear the future as i'll always eat well and lift weights and play basketball even if they throw me in a nursing home... LOL... im only sadden as i grow older i think alot of my family and school/navy friends from back when and wonder how people turned out. Yeah the ''Regenerates'' beats the ''Seniors'' big time. Later..........

I am 52 and you do start to feel older at some point in your life. At 42 I knew I was not a "spring chicken" anymore, not a young sexy thing or anything of that kind. I was maturing.
