I believe that sitting in a pretty garden with a cuppa, looking at the natural beauty helps. My garden has chips, shrubs, trees, flowers and ornaments. I like to see the spring budding. THe birdies visit. The white cat visits that doesnt chase the birdies. My own cat likes to sit on the window ledge and look out at the garden.

I have three small trees that are happy memories for me.
I just need a kind person to move one of them in its tub to a better location. I'm not up for it but it looks like I'll be pushed into being involved.

I have a beautiful container garden on my front porch. I have a dwarf lime tree, hibiscus, begonias, just alot of colorful flowers and an herb garden. Recently, we added a swing. I love to go out there and read. Very calming. :)
