Hi,

I would like to ask why sometimes I never wash hand and eat somethings, most of the time my stomach will be upset? What is the way to prevent it not by telling me to wash hand, cos I think my stomach is not so strong and is easy to be down by some germs.

Secondly, my stomach tends to have lots of gas. How can this be cure & how can I make myself to keep burping or farting.. LOL!
