Hello,

When I exercise for 30 minutes I feel so tired and dizzy and I sleep 10 hours instead of 8 in that day. I just want know if it's normal because I have HBP or it's normal because I'm just new to exercise?

The problem is that I exercise for 2 weeks then something happens (like too much work to do or too much study) then I stop and I go back after 1 or 2 monthes.

By the way, before I run I take my BP and if it's 140/100 then after 1 hour running it becomes 130/90.

Thanks for help,
Michael

I think if you are consistent with the exercising your body will probably adjust and You will not feel so tired. I use my treadmill 5 times a week for 45 minutes each time and I feel energized and relaxed when I am done. I also notice that for hours after my blood pressure is lower. That is why aerobic exercise is good for you.

Thanks,
