Has anyone else had their implant changed before? I went for my appointment today and had such an awful time!!! The implant has imbedded itself quite deep in my tissue and after an hour of prodding and what-not, the doctor had to give up!! I now have to wait for an appointment with a specialist in the main hospital 200 miles away. They said he will use an ultrasound to see exactly where it is and get it out.
I've been put back on the pill to cover me in the mean time, but now I'm not sure about getting a new implant put in. Has anyone else had a similar experience?
