I have had nausea, bloating, and abdominal pain for a month now along with anxiety like symptoms (pins and needles in all parts of body, dizziness, fear, etc). Doctors thought I may have gastroparesis, so I took the gastric emptying scan this morning (2 hr). After about 45-50 minutes, I looked at the screen, and all my food had alread cleared out of my stomach. I have never had stomach surgery, so I'm not sure what could be causing the dumping. Is this a serious problem? I won't talk to the doctor until Friday so the anxiety is killing me!

That sounds OK-- your stomach is suppose to empty like that. Thank goodness it is not being retained any lo--ng period of time.

I will bet that your Doc says that empty time is OK.

It sounds like the friendly bacteria in your intestines is out of balance causing bloating as well as nausea. It may be helped by eating yogurt & taking a probiotic supplement to re-balance the friendly flora.

I don't know about your other symptoms??

God Bless~~~Harry
