Anyone here ever get a dull pain in the back of your head that feels like muscle and at the same time be dizzy? I feel motion would make it worse, I haven't fainted or anything but even at this moment am concerned and never had any headscans done, I also drink/smoke at times and have panic disorder. Thank you.
