Im a bit lost on what to do.
My eye sight is good, but i dont think its good enough. i work in front of a computer all day and i find it hard to focus for long amounts of time.
I went to my optition about 6 months ago and he said my vision was fine.
Also i have noticed in recent pictures of myself thatn one eye is looking straight forward and the otherone is looking slighty away????
Any suggestions?

Even if your eye sight is good (20/20), your symptoms disclose a possible binocular (two-eyed ) problem. As you noted, one eye is not in alighment with the other eye. If this is occuring when you are trying to focus and converge your eyes, equally, while on the computer.you will experience a lot of eye fatigue.
I suggest you have your eyes thoroughly examined by a Optometrist who will provide you with a detailed binocular evaluation. He/She may find that a prisim correction my be needed or even recomend visual tharpy for your condition.

You need to see an "Opthomalogist", a doctor specializing in diseases of the eyes as well as fitting glasses.
I agree with the other poster, your eyes obviously are not focusing together.

I agree with eyestwo22, see an optometrist. Ophthalmologists are great at treating disease, but I would see an optometrist for a BV problem.

Vicky, you probably have to be referred by your doctor, but that shouldn't be a problem. Ophthalmologists (you spelled it right--congrats!) are in every city.
