iv been having this problem on and off for about 2 years. some months, not all, when i start a new box of pills after my period, i get nausea feelings bigtime and major migraines. plus my body becomes so exhausted that all i can do is sleep. i dont eat, watch tv, read. i cant go to work. my doctor has tried switching my pills a few times, and each time it seems to stop the problem but then it comes back after a few months. iv been on Ovral, Min-Ovral, and Demulen.

each time i get sick like this, blood tests are taken and all come back negative. i have a feeling this problem is related directly to my pills, but stopping them may cause greater problems (as i have horribly painful periods when not on the pills, and im using them for actual birth control)

any suggestions?

u should probably tell ur doctor u want more invasive testing done or something and get switched to something else. there is a pill that one of my friends was on strictly for severe cramps and just made sure to use condoms and stuff.

yeah, for sure go to the doctor and maybe get a new prescription... a friend had the same problem because some are stronger than others, so you just have to switch around until you find the right strength of pill that won't give you pain. Hope i was some help!
