I know this may be silly but I still wanted to ask. Last night I had sex with my boyfriend (of over 2 years :) ) and he came in me for the first time... usually he pulls out. I've been on Alesse Birth control pills for a little over year now and I take them faithfully at the same time everyday... I've never mised one. Before being on the pill I was on the shot for about a year. I just had my period last week, but I was wondering if I should be worried about being pregnant.

as long as you haven't missed any pills, you shouldn't worry at all, especially since you've been on the birth control for that long.
