I received my 7 dpo progesterone level following an IUI and it was 55.5. Does this show whether I'm pregnant or not, or can I not infer anything from this??

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

This number is good, but it has nothing do with whether or not you are pregnant. My 7dpo number was 49 and they told me that if it's over 10, it's a sure sign that you did ovulate. They also check to make sure that IF you are pregnant, your levels are high enough to carry a pregnancy. You are fine at 55, that is very high!!!
